We took a day tour of Valparaiso with Juan Victor. He met us at our hotel in Viña del Mar and we walked to the metro to catch a train to Valparaiso. Juan Victor is knowledgeable in the history, culture, and politics of his home city. He had answers to all of our questions and showed us areas that we may have had difficulty finding on our own.
